Shein started her career as a trainee accountant in Mauritius in 1999 and qualified in 2001 and has been a member of ACCA since 2004 and ICAEW in 2021.

She joined the firm in 2014 following the merger of the firm she joined initially when moving to the UK.

Since moving to the UK in 2003, Shein has progressed within the practice from a semi senior to manager, working closely with a partner. She has extensive experience in managing a significant portfolio of clients which includes small and medium businesses across various industries, dealing with all aspects of accounting, corporation and personal tax.

Her hands-on approach in various areas of accounting enables her to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the accounting function and make recommendations.

Shein’s ability to work closely with clients has helped her build strong relationships over the years. She takes pride in serving the clients’ needs, not just the technical aspect of the work and hence she has spent lots of time and energy in the implementation and use of cloud accounting systems.  She is the point of contact if the client needs any training or guidance on the use of this software.
